Renovating your basement in 4 steps
Step 1 | Diagnosis
Before you renovate your basement, we check for (potential) moisture problems. We scan your basement walls and map the structure and condition of your basement. Do you want to use your basement as a living space? Then we already recommend the installation of a ventilation system. Not only will you not give moisture a chance, you will immediately ensure the supply of fresh air in the enclosed space.
Step 2 | Drainage
Treffen we vocht aan in de keldermuren of de vloer? Dan kiezen we voor drainage als effectieve en duurzame oplossing. We brengen waterafstotende lagen uit noppenmembraan aan op de muren en de vloer. Zo kan het grondvocht via kanaaltjes tussen muur en membraan wegvloeien. Het grondwater wordt vervolgens afgevoerd naar een verzamelput. In de put installeren we een pomp met sensoren die automatisch en regelmatig het grondvocht in de riolering pompen. Dat is 100 % futureproof je kelder renoveren!
Step 3 | Finishing
After installing the waterproof wall membranes, we install wood OSB panels or drywall against the walls. Whether you choose a wood pattern or prefer a stone pattern, both materials are easy to repaint. Overlay the studded membrane on the floor with a new concrete floor. Now the best part of your basement renovation can begin!
